For full-time union teaching positions with Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), you’ll need to submit a resume and cover letter. If you’re chosen for an Early Contract, you’ll receive a temporary contract. This allows you to compete internally with current MPS educators for licensed positions in the next school year.Typically, those offered Early Contracts have successfully landed licensed positions in MPS.
